Kicking myself, but I'll live. I went to a concert at Red Rocks last night, and had a few drinks. Hopefully water, plus being back on track, will get me back where I was!
243.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
