Wow, I’m just about done with my first day ever on the warship. It was physically punishing, for sure. I’m happy to be able to go home and feast on my veggies and chicken. I’m filthy! Not sure what to think yet. Oncology has not called. Not sure what is going on there. So, Rosie will put her boots on again in the morning. Wish me luck not gobbling up everything I can find when I get home. I’m thinking that a good thing to do right away would be weigh in, then shower, then get dressed, then HYDRATE, then see about some cauliflower rice and chicken breast with mustard! Mmmmmm. The baby can have Mac n cheese and nuggets 😊 I’ll probably end up journaling again on my success on this plan. I’m so hungry lol I can’t think of the last time I felt actually hungry. I had a yogurt at 6, and some fruit at 11. It is going to be awesome to finally eat! That’s really different from my last job.... you had to refuse food regularly. 🤷🏻‍♀️ pros n cons I guess!
