Learning which foods affect me in different ways. Also learning how many grams of carbs I can have in a day. I'll take this half pound, as it's helping me learn what does and doesn't work for my body.
241.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
