Ugh! Maybe i shouldn't weigh in everyday. I know this is just bloating. I can feel that. It's just discouraging to see the numbers go up when i wasn't THAT bad yesterday.

It makes me feel better to weigh in daily because I get used to the up and down. Plus even if it's bloating I'll still probably eat healthier that day. Imagine if you waited a week and then it was up and had to wait a whole new week! Way worse.
