Due to weight loss plateau of 161-160 did intervals on bike ride. Eat this not that says my body has adjusted to my calorie consumption and exercise level. Intervals will “confuse” my body into burning fat
161.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
