UGH! Need to stop weighing in daily!! Need to stop over thinking about why the number went up 6 ounces. Is it the Nortryptilin? Is it the nodule on my Thyroid? Could it possibly be Menopause? Is it my sodium? Is it that I am exercising? 2 years ago the weight just melted off. MUST STOP BEATING MYSELF UP!!
148.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had to put the scales away for a while because their numbers kept messing with me. I started planning my meals ahead of time with losing weight in mind while going about my life. This way, I can lose weight while changing the role that eating has in my changing lifestyle.
