Going back to Atkins 1972. Atkins 20 had me at a stall for 5 days. I felt like I was over eating trying to reach all of the goals of 20. Atkins 72 says to eat until you are full. Sounds like a good plan to me. 1500-1800 calories is way to much for me.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
