Changing your story ain't easy. No matter the approach, showing up to do the work as consistently as possible will get you where ya want to be. Frankly, a good portion of this journey has been about not letting my actions reflect my thoughts or letting myself wait until I felt motivated. Was it hell sometimes? Yep! But, inevitably the mind stops resisting so much and even gets on board once and a while. lol. I still have a ways to go before I hit the final goal, but the journey is never ending and okay that's okay, too. I dedicate this success to this form. This form, which I have spent so much of my life making an enemy of and using and abusing. This form that has stuck with me through so much and has done it's very best to accommodate me, regardless of what hair brained thoughts run through my head. And, even with an MS diagnosis, 4 lesions, and wonky legs it still steps up to the plate every moment to try and ensure we can function to the best of our ability and enjoy the life we've been given. I'm sorry it took me so long to love and appreciate this body and all it does for me. And, whether it's two wonky legs, a walker, or a wheelchair that awaits, I promise to do whatever I can to work with this body and love and appreciate all it does for me every damn moment of my life.
