Toni Bourlon's Journal, 26 March 2018

Well I took last week off from work & (obviously) from FatSecret. Worked out but didn't track eating. Cooked & did some yardwork, just really puttered around the new house. Had the grandkids over both Saturday & Sunday, really went off the rails with the cookies & stuff for them - stuff I don't normally buy. Yeah, the weight is up today but I expect it will be back down in another day or two. Anyway, trying to reacclimate to going back to work in the office; I must confess retirement sounds better & better (though it's still a few years away). Today will be a reset day, both for the diet (get back on plan) and catching up on emails & stuff. Fortunately nothing too difficult is going on right now.
