So I find I really don’t care much for breakfast I’m good with 2 eggs one toast or 2 eggs one banana ☺️
A way to have bigger meals at night 😋

Yep, thats me. Although Ill skip breakfast all together to have bigger meals later in the day. Protein drink and a banana or two boiled eggs and 1 slice of toast will do me. Or A veggie egg-white omelette.

I don't eat breakfast either. It is nice to think that you can have bigger meals! As a child I hated milk, butter and eggs and still do. I don't seem to digest these foods very well. Now I have steel cut oats every day in the early afternoon! I found something that I could eat!

Sounds like me...I'm a dinner girl myself..breakfast well I get up at 330a leave by 5a arrive at 6 a not in the mood for food..then lol;)

I love breakfast. My favorite meal of the day. I just eat small lunches and mediocre dinner with a lot of snacking.

Sounds like me. 🙋🏻 I love all my food later in the day, once my stomach has woken up! I do my PT and half my chores before I eat or take any of my morning meds if I can manage it. LOL I eat most of my bulk and greans at lunch and have some snack after a light dinner for my night meds. 🙋🏻
