Woke at 212.0, down .2 from yesterday. Had a breakfast shake for a change with some protein powder and some fiber. Nearly blew it as we mistakenly bought sweetened almond milk the last time we went. That will probably get poured out. Unloaded the van of some things that we brought back when moving Emily last weekend, so I got a little workout in as well. It's my weekly official weigh in day. Will I get back to 210.6 or lower? Time will tell! Enjoy your Sunday! UPDATE: Ate quite a bit and went too high on carbs. Ended the day at 214.0, so the waking weight is today's low and yesterday's 211.8 is the low for the week. Back to work tomorrow, so I'll get more exercise.
