Your hair looks beautiful! I'm afraid the keto diet is responsible for the hair loss. There are a lot of articles on Google about it and FS members have mentioned it before. I believe it's only temporary.

Thanks all. Hi doobrie, Yes, I have read that the time of adaptation is 3 to 6 months, but sometimes I'm scared by the amount of hair that I lose when I wash it 😰, I think I have lost about 1/4 of my hair, I see a lot new coming out but I don't know what can I do while my body adapts completely to the keto lifestyle 😓

Your so beautiful, hair is healthy and strong!
I just got mine cut and thinned but left the gray. I have to thin mine out every 9 to 10 months take after my Mum!

Your hair looks stunning! I'd kill for shiny and smooth hair like that! Also the haircut suits your facial structure really well, great choice!

Wow! Get your iron level checked! And thyroid levels both can lead to hair loss. 🙋🏻♀️

LOL that wow was how stunning the hair looks with the treatment and cut, sorry! My brain short circuited. I’ve been cleaning out the fridge and standing on my head which is not a goid thing for me to do.😜

Your hair looks gorgeous. I take biotin everyday, and there is a shampoo/conditioner set you can buy on Amazon called Nioxin System and it's supposed to help thinning hair.

Hair, Skin & Nails Supplement and Rogaine. I have very thin hair and was losing wads last summer but it's grown back in since I started using these.

2 cups vodka 2 lemons juiced fist sized chunk of fresh ginger. Grate ginger place in jar with lid lemon juice w cups vodka. Lid refrigerate 2 weeks. pour through cheese cloth squeeze out liquid. (I put mine in a root dyeing bottle) squeeze on scalp massage. 2 x a week. it promotes new growth increases circulation should be slightly tingly.. you can add pepper flakes if you want ( I don't ) I use the biotin too. I don't use shampoo on my hair the above stuff clears the oil. and I condition every other shower.

BTW store in an air tight jar or all alcohol evaporates. (need that to help keep the hair clean)
