Wow, down another lb, cool!!! I haven't been tracking my food since starting this diet, don't know why. Yes there are recipes to follow, which might have different foods than what can be easily found in the FatSecret database, but I don't know why that should stop me? I've no idea how many calories I'm eating, so I need to start tracking again. Even if it's only a ballpark figure, it's at least something to work with.

Last night I did some interval running, and managed to sprint at 6mph for 30 seconds - that's my goal running speed! I'm really proud of that, crazy I know but I feel like I'm on my way to being able to run a full mile in 10 minutes!!! Tonight it's back to weight training, followed by a short, fast run, hmmm...wonder how fast I can go?
145.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
