I did a bad thing this morning.....I ate a cookie for breakfast... it wasn’t even cooked....I grabbed the dough ball and ran....but I feel if I tell you guys why I did maybe it will help me be good. I still lost almost four lbs so that’s good I really don’t want to f*** it up though.

Lmfao I'm not even kidding I woke up before everyone and snuck into the fridge saw the cookie dough balls chilling and just grabbed one shoved it in my mouth and ran back to bed like a little kid 😂😂😂😂😂 oh the shame that is in my game! The shame 😂

I did a bad thing yesterday afternoon...I ate a 2"x1" brownie...I've beat myself up for 24hrs about it. LoL.

It was just a slip. Now you know about tricky situations and can prepare better. Too tired, Too Hungry, Stress, Being in a hurry, Old habits can put you where you didn't expect to be. It doesn't mean you really got off track and you did lose weight.

what the heck. consider it a little reward for doing so well. it's the overall progress, not a couple of little treats that matter. so when you do test yourself, Enjoy it!
