Friday's weigh in at the Dr's was 257.2, and that's with clothes after eating, so not complaining, although BP was 134/81 so a little high again. However Friday was "Critical Low" for white blood cell count which meant no chemo, so had to get these fng shots again. Pain wracking my body most of the weekend, but almost back to normal before getting this mornings. Whatever doesn't kill you supposedly makes you stronger? I'm not so sure about that now, but gotta work it out. Talk about a blue Monday.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement. You'd think I'd be dropping pounds, but instead just hanging steady. I take that as a good sign.
