10st 12.4 Fat 26.4% Well, I did my weight this morning just for routine and despite pizza, and it has gone down a tiny bit so just shows you never can tell. But still sadly not down on last week's which would have showed progress, but as Jon said, over the two weeks it's still a loss. Fingers crossed for next week!
152.1 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
