I have my quarterly appt with the twitch doctor today (neurologist). Once again I can joyfully report NO seizures! I'm so happy I've found this LCHF WOE, I know it's been a big part in controlling my epilepsy. I'm off anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. Down to one med a day, an anti convulsant. NSV right here yay!!! Have a great day everyone!

This is awesome! The reason I did LCHF years ago was to address migraine headaches, which they say have shared mechanisms with epilepsy. It worked!! I went from a migraine every three weeks for three days, to none in eight months. Happy for you! :)

Great news! That's how the whole diet got started finding a way to control epilepsy it's a wonder doctors didn't tell you. So happy for you!
