Happy Friday. A new year is almost here. Yay!!!!

Today is the 1st day of the rest of your life. Make it count!

If you are close to a goal that you've been working you butt off, dig in deep and GO FOR IT!

Put down that cookie and stick a cucumber wedge in your mouth instead.

If you did your best yesterday, do even better today.

Go in to the bathroom right now and look in that mirror, smile and say "I am a winner not a whiner. I make reasons not excuses." I don't care if someone is in there when you go in there, do it anyway. Just do it!

If you don't have a FS accountability buddy, get one and share your contact info (Inbox them). I have a few of them. Why is this important? What if FS disappeared (remember 11/30/17...site maintenance?) With their info, you can stay in touch and succeed. We need each other.

Go team Go!!!!

Annual Bday party for Hubby and early Chanukah Party-potato latkes, pasta, quiches, rumaki with dried plums (politically correct for prunes), deviled eggs, tiramisu, biscotti and flans. Expecting 50-60 peoples including kids. I will be the great hostess that I am and eat the eggs, quiches without the crust and mineral water. Maybe a glass of wine. I will get through this.... You are all an inspiration. Happy December and happy holidays to all
