Weekday walk number 34: "the Cross", 2.7 miles in 65 minutes, at 2.5 mph - (same timing, speed again - wow) It's misting a little, hovering just under 45 degrees, light wind and my nose is wet and cold (must be the dog in me). Makes me long to move to the mountains... and eat steak (wait... what? where'd that come from?)

My folks are in the mountains (Maggie Valley) and mom sends me leaf pictures every day. I miss the leaves, and the crisp air... air just smells better when it's cool. *sigh*
