I joined the y yesterday. I have silver sneakers through Humana, so they pay for my membership, which is pretty cool! The y has a gym program for seniors that I'm going to take advantage of(even tho I'm only 56!). Stretching and light exercise for now, maybe some recumbent bike for warm-up. I need to add more protein.
