Please remind me to stop going to fast food for comfort. Ugh... And I forewent my walk to eat half of a junk sandwich And fried junk rings.

Two days of not walking. I feel like shit.

Must.

Walk.

Today.

Do you have easy alternate foods you like, for when you need comfort and still want to feel good? It's sometimes easier to add options, than to take away "bad" ones. Hope your walk felt good.

Thanks, all. Fab, yes, I normally do, but I more or less ate out because I didn't want to go home. I had a long day and I just love to drive around when I'm feeling out of it.
