Well, I keep seeing Keto, Keto. Honestly I don't know what that is. I see KCal but ignore it. I use the food diary to stay within my rdi. So I am happy it helps. Right now I would love to have a southern homemade meal. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits or cornbread. Sweet tea. But I want to get my belly down so I will leave the good stuff alone for now. Uggh
