I haven't really followed a diet, but I found this one and I think I need to get the fat flushed first. If it works, I will stick with it. I am giving myself 3 months to lose 30 pounds. That's about 10 a month. I have really got to get serious about this. I am afraid that my age and skin will not shrink back to where it belongs after losing the weight and I hope that does not make me stop trying. The future holds the secret.
