So far, so good! Had my nephew's Birthday Party with lots of junk food and no way to measure things so I just had to rely on my instincts and what I have been learning and go with it. I did well, did not go over my calories, had a good mix of healthy choices in with small portions of "bad" stuff. I even managed to choose a "good" option from McDonalds (lobster roll, no fries, Diet Coke). Onward!
