Okay guys and girls, real talk here. Hope no one gets grossed out but we are all adults here. But when we are exercising and eating better and all this fat is leaving our bodies no one talks about the exit. This fat doesn't just go into the air, or poof turn into a smoke cloud. If there are some other honest people out there ha ha our fat will exit sometimes not just turn to muscle is what I've been told growing up, now I'm not saying A LOT of our love handles are going down the toilet, studies have shown that small amounts do. AND eating a better diet will make us more regular (hopefully) Sooooooo anyone else go to the restroom like twice as much as usual when they are loosing weight? Every time I make a life change and eat better or exercise and I start dropping pounds my bathroom frequency almost more than doubles. Also for any reason if anyone is having a hard time digesting the new healthier foods get yourself a good stool softener. Seriously, it sounds nasty but it will be your saving grace cause the day you can't go and it's too late and you have to buy one of those god I can't say it enimas you will regret not having that softener. Again sorry to offend anyone but poo is a fact of life. I take care of special needs nothing makes me shy any more haha. Also, pay attention your poo will show you things, look it up it will show you if you need more fiber, more protein, less grease your body is communicating with you ever single day but the sad part is we ignore it. So to all my fellow realist I wish you happy poos!

It's been my experience that I lose LIQUID twice as much when I'm trying to drop weight. Also, as the smaller amounts of calories (usually) equals less volume of the "other" material... seated bouts of discomfort have NOT been my experience... but I am wondering if it's normal to go two or three days in between my "constitutions".

So from what I have spoken with my doctor about this is what she has told me, I told her that I usually am lucky if I go twice a week and that's my normal and she started that if you are eating three meals a day and all that you have a lot of volume going in and not enough going out, there for to get on some kind of probiotic or softener even activa yogurt she said works for her but you should be going at least once a day on average. Of course each person is different and of course talk to your doctor but she stated to me that the average person should go once a day. And she said if I personally took care of my body and my diet that it should be usually about the same time.

You should be increasing your fiber content to such an extent that once a day is necessary to your body. I've added magnesium as well after discovering I was very deficient in it, which most Americans are. Your non soluble fiber in salads and such should need to leave daily, even in small amounts. The magnesium is necessary for your body to store and process what it takes it. Magnesium citrate is absorbed at about 20% and the rest exits and will help break up what is in your digestive track. Probiotics are a wonderful thing! I have been much healthier since starting to take them.

Could not agree more smprowett. I have not tried the magnesium supplement myself but have heard good things.

I did warn before I posted this so everyone would have an option to read or not. I did apologize for offending anyone but poop is a fact of life everyone does it. I have a right to share and others have a right to read or not but we are all on here as adults to support each other. I will not support bullies or rude comments. You will be deleted. Again I am sorry for offending those who chose to read my post but you do have an option to stop reading. I only wanted to help be a voice to those who do not seem to be as open as I am. Again if your offended I'm sorry but bullying is not a mature answer.
