Woke at 205.2, up 1.8 after eating with reckless abandon yesterday. Will watch the carbs and go a little lighter today. UPDATE: Had a fun day that started with omelets at home and then a trip to beautiful National Harbor in Maryland near DC. No meals there but a coffee and a fun wine bar where you could sample all their wares one ounce at a time! Grilled salmon for dinner and we finished right on calorie goal.
