I finished my 2nd day of the bootcamp and did perfectly. My sis and I went to see Lewis Black downtown last night and I had to get water for us twice. It was a long show. So there I was standing in line while all around me people are getting popcorn and pretzels and wine. I was able to abstain from all of it. Super proud of myself. I just used my Bright Line mantra, "That's Not My Food" while I was in line. Happy to be down again this morning. Still over 200 but I'm gunning for Wonderland. Happy Sunday everyone.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks you guys. I'm in it for the long haul. There have really only been 3 things I've struggled with since starting the BLE plan back in November: Wine, Popcorn, and Chocolate. Having to face down 2 trigger foods in the same place at the same time felt almost impossible but it's interesting how a changed mindset and having the right tools for the battle make a difference. Now to figure out how I will survive the upcoming Film Festival weekend. Yikes! Popcornpalooza...

Way to go Girlfriend! I'm in day 8 today. About to step on scale. Stayed within my bright lines over the w/e but not my food journal so we shall see. :)
