Made a great corn chowder for dinners this week. It was a big hit here in the house so I may have to make it a staple in the food rotation. I did add some paprika, Old Bay seasoning and mushrooms to this recipe plus I grated some fresh turmeric (good for the brain) instead of the powdered kind.
