Lisa Hahn's Journal, 07 February 2017

I had a great morning...7 mile run and 10 minutes stretching in the steam room . Now, However, I am feeling sluggish. I'm going to go to the gym and do 30 min of upper body. I know that will energize me. I've been getting up too early but I don't know how to sleep later. I am lonely but I don't want to go anywhere or do anything but workout or stay home. I think it will work out in God's time and I am just not worrying about it. But I guess I do think about it a lot. I'm definitely different. I live a quirky schedule of going to bed super early and wake up super early and not compatible to normal peoples schedules. I'm torn because I like my schedule but it makes it hard for me to do social things with other people. I meditate for 20 to 30 minutes in the morning and tell myself that makes up for my lack of sleep. I've heard that from people like Dave Asprey but I don't know if it's really true.
