Many thanks to all the FatSecret buddies that supported my journal entry yesterday. So, day 2 of tracking - why wait for New Years Day? Might as well start now & get back in the habit. I didn't do too badly today, considering I'm down with a backache & can't really exercise. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow & will be able to at least go for a walk.
