We went to the movies today which really blew my 3 meals per day/no snack commitment. I did do bkfst & lunch but then had popcorn at the movie. Afterwards the people we went with wanted to go out for dessert and talk about the movie. There was next to nothing on the menu I could eat, or would want to, so I ended up with garlic fries. Not the healthiest of dinners. I still feel like I did pretty well staying in control overall.
