Less said about Friday's chocolate binge the better - of course I didn't even really enjoy it! Idiot. Nice weekend with fish and tomato with rice for lunch yesterday - of course there was wine and so no surprise, what with chocolate and wine that my weight is up a bit this morning!

And of course I got to work after my usual 'good' breakfast and was immediatly hungry - I resisted bread though, and went with Quorn, mushrooms, tomato and one bacon rasher! and another coffee.

With the salad I have for lunch I still have plenty of calories left from my 1400 for dinner.

So come at me week! I've got this! LOL
