Well Day 6 - no Green Arrow (boo, hiss). Home after 11 pm is no excuse for eating junk, because you didn't have dinner.
289.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 124.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
