So no movement on the scales again. Still not going to complain. Spent last weekend helping my sister paint her new office, so know that my body is moving better. This weekend, planning on seeing Suicide Squad on Saturday, followed by a Diamondbacks Baseball game on Sunday.
291.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 126.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

After I painted my kitchen and dining room, I was so sore I gained 4 pounds (muscles retain water to help them heal). So it's possible your muscles are retaining water which can show on the scale as no loss, smaller than usual loss or a gain (like me). It's a great workout.
