Good Morning Everyone. I am up 2 lbs from my last weigh in. Time to seriously get back on course. I am still down 11. I started at 158, but I know I can do better. I was so proud of myself when I got down to 143. More water and more protein. I am glad I binged on Bayou Pasta the past two nights. That should take care of my pasta fix. Plus all of the carb eating is making my Rosacea act up. Time to feel and look better!!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
