experimented with low carb pancakes... not as low carb as I hoped, but so good..... not something I'll be doing often but it was nice for a treat. ... but I'm at 10 carbs already for the day... I need to watch myself the rest of the day to make sure I don't go far over. .......

in other news little man is sick of bike rides so I guess it's the elliptical death machine this morning.... wish me luck and good music lol

UPDATE: Marilyn Manson station on amazon pulled me through again!! I was able to do an extra 5 mins on the elliptical... 30 mins and powering through. I didn't even sob like a baby at the end of it!! then I walked around the house chanting "I did it, I actually did it" while little man followed me around mumbling with me lol.

I got 9 whole hours of sleep last night and that helped my back so much... no whining today! shake the shit off and keep moving

Hey right before you get on the elliptical, look down at it and in a deep voice, tell it "I own you!" Then get on and melt some fat away.

thank you april, screaming along with loud music not only keeps me moving but I think helps my lung lol... considering I smoked for close to 16 years? they need the help so it's all good.

Lol ches! thank you jimmie and April! ... track I think it is helping, that and I managed to get little man to sleep at a decent time so I was able to go to bed early. it was nice sleeping in... normally I get 6 - 7 hours ... so 9 was a long time for me

Great news on the back Hunter, sounds like you've got that "naughty" elliptical figured out too ....good music makes the minutes bearable (for me too), take care and hope you have a great long weekend!!

Low Carb Almond Meal Flapjacks Ingredients • 4 oz. cream cheese • 4 medium egg • 2 Tbs. almond meal flour • 2 oz. heavy cream • 1 dash salt • 1/4 tsp cinnamon Directions 1. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth 2. Heat griddle. Spray liberally with cooking spray (in between batches too) 3. Serve with low calorie syrup. Don't like the artificial sweetener, so I'm making my own. (see Boost)

Syrup: MCT or melted coconut oil, butter, Maple flavoring, and liquid stevia. Only make a little - coconut oil freezes in fridge.
