Yes, I TRAIN a woman who can squat 300 pounds 5 times. And she only weighs 155 pounds.

Csrmen, you can go to a drug store and get a heart rate monitor Watch that you wear on your wrist. Maybe $30 for a cheap one.

I met a girl that was doing 450 lb deads last month. These are the women that do it because they can. They don't like to compete.

You will hurt. But it is a good hurt. THAT is for sure. Just make you get proper nutrition, and good vitamin and mineral supplements.

Back in the day, I was really into the power lifting. Do you have a partner you lift with? It really does help, but I know it is tough to find sometimes.

No, I was asking Jimmie because with power lifting, it is nice to get competitive with a partner. I was doing more cleans, and clean and jerk.

It's 9:00 pm. You might find clean and jerk online, or power lifting. Kind of difficult to explain.

@NM I am overdue for a scale weight drop. Scale 's been plateaued on a serious deficit for nearly 3 weeks while I am visibly leaning oit.

@WW I lift alone by choice, but do have a good crew of gym bros of whom I am the token old fart. That's how I got suckered into that Squat Every Day thing last year...
