LIFT DAY

DL = 5 X 245

Legs and back cramping so badly even after water and saltstick could not do unweighted chin-ups.

Took (earned) cheat meal after lift. - Toasted bagel with butter and SALT. One pound Yam with butter, sour cream and SALT. One pound breaded chicken fingers with honey mustard. All while watching Diner's Drive-Ins and Dives...

Quite often, cramps are a result of Magnesium depletion, and phinney and Volek recommend a 21 day regimen of supplementing magnesium. I take ONE 250 mg tablet a day of Chelated Magnesium and my cramps dissappeared.
