I walked over 5 miles yesterday!! It was a beautiful day, I got a bit of a sunburn but not bad. In the evening we went out for prime rib and shrimp for dinner. Yum. Today I walked just shy of 4 miles and I'm way under on carbs. A very successful weekend. Hope all my buddies had a good weekend too.

I still remember that medallions and shrimp I had in Vegas, expensive, but possibly the best meal ever. It's those calorie, ridden sauces.
