Awesome day yesterday. Walked about 3 miles on the beach and spent the rest of the afternoon on the sun deck. Today it is supposed to get around 90 degrees so I plan on another beach day and then into the pool. Get some exercise for the arms instead of the legs! I tweaked my right knee yesterday and it is really sore today. We'll see how the walking goes. Pretty good on both carbs and calories yesterday. Picked up a Subway chicken salad and ate on the beach watching the waves come in. Have a great day buddies!

so sorry about the knee. Take care of it. I can't wait to get in our pool. It is still cold, the water anyway. We enjoyed the beach yesterday.

Love hearing about your awesome vacation. Could you tell us what beach you are walking on? We have a flood watch here again. Live 20' from the rivers edge and it's bound to happen. Tornados are my big fear. Got tornado insurance thank goodness. Keep having a blast and yes give yourself a treat now and then

Fatbutt1948 we are at South Padre Island Tx. The weather has been wonderful. It was really foggy one day which was actually kinda cool on the beach! The wind is really strong tonight and going to be cooler tomorrow so we are going to Mexico for the day.
