Chuffed with my loss this first week but also a bit surprised that I lost so much; I only really had five days of sticking to my healthy eating plan, and my additional exercise has been quite minimal. Maybe my body was just shocked into doing something after the change of regime!
However,I know from watching everybody else's ups and downs that this weight loss is a temperamental thing, and my next week's weigh in could be quite a different story. All I'm aiming for is a slow, steady drop, so if next week I'm up on my 2.21b loss but still down on 1801b I'll be happy.
