Just ate the leftovers of my Meatless Monday stir fry for lunch. I always feel better when I eat a big bowl of vegetables. :)

I got up and went to the gym this morning. It is raining and raining today. We desperately need the rain here is dry CA, but this weather makes me just want to curl up on the couch with a blanket and a book.

I started a challenge at the gym yesterday--My Marathon, My Way. They have a two week window for you to walk or run 26.2 miles. I did this challenge last year and enjoyed it, doing a lot of walking around my neighborhood. I have decided this year to only count hiking miles (provided the weather cooperates with my plan!). I did a short hike yesterday, and hope to get some miles in again tomorrow and Thursday.
