Kinda blew it last night - I intended to have my 1/3 Kashi pizza & soup or salad for dinner, then get on the treadmill & try some jog/walking. Instead, my daughter "kidnapped" me and FORCED me to have dinner at Olive Garden (yeah, right!). Needless to say, by the time we got home it was after 9pm, so no treadmill, although we did at least walk around the Mall after dinner. So, I had the Ravioli Portobello, which I only ate half, but that was still over 400 calories, grrr! Plus two breadsticks & a very yummy Black Tie Mousse cake, for a total of 1200 calories! That's my allotment for the entire day, so I essentially ate twice as many calories as I should have, grrr again! Oh well, back at it this morning. Kashi cereal, Dinty Moore beef stew for lunch and the 1/3 Kashi pizza for dinner, treadmill for sure, and I may NEVER eat at Olive Garden again! Lesson learned.
