2015 I gained back up to 221 # I attribute to stress, and injury. I became a slug. In May a friend encouraged me to join a great group of local gals. Although I could not afford their beach body program or shakes we shared and lost some weight. Starting from below the 200# mark is a major Accomplishment. 2016 might not see me to my goal but it will be steps in the right direction😁.
