Fundraiser and trying to get my passion turned into a Nonprofit Organization
High stress most of the time, I try to meditate, and do Yoga to balance things out. Because I'm over 40 now seems my emo switch is activated so my past attitudes of letting it just roll off my back, may appear to be working on the outside but I may be battling with something on the inside....LOL
I have knowledge of how and what to eat but seem scheduling keeps a good deal of my day fairly sedate and not much opportunity to get mobile.
Just gonna do it, get up and move, on the phone, waiting in pick up lines, etc. Once back in my GreenSmoothie schedule I think things will fall into place :)

Set your mantra on your weigh in day.
Choose words specifically meaningful to you.
Whisper them to yourself whenever you need.
+ at least two times a day.

Simplicity is the answer.

I measure myself by the clothes I can get into, and scales are really just needed once a week. #DontWorryBeHappy Stressing is not good for you or your diet Smile
