The often stressful but fun holiday season is well underway. Wishing everyone a mostly stress free season!!! I've had way too many stressful Christmas seasons in my life.

So hard for many of us to stay with their plan. I have a theory that you can average most things over a week and your body does OK with it. Tat helps with the stress. Not a plan if you are on low carb because it can throw you out of the desired ketosis. Personally I can't deal with that, been there done that. Had a tooth issue lately that has messed with me but it is resolving. My weight has stayed stable throughout, so again all good.

My plan is to also reduce as much stress as I can. So my house is now back in order thanks to a few days off work. Lots of situations in the last several months including storms drains backing up had left it a mess, so now back to lookin good.

Christmas shopping is done a couple weeks ahead of time and well within my budget. It was actually not traumatic as most people were really nice, so it was enjoyable. So I'm good there. I still have some homemade salt scrubs and creams to make but that is not stressful. It's basically cooking and easy so relaxing to me.

My only stress will be tomorrow lining up schedules with my girls. Mostly I leave it to them and I go with it so mostly leaves me out of the stress zone.

After tomorrow I should be able to be back in a mode to exercise and feel good about me. I hope to get some skating done as well.

Thanks Glen. Glad I accomplished my running around yesterday as it's raining and suppose to continue all day. Kid's wrestling meets this week and promised I would go. Payton and Nick have really good winning records this year but I haven't been able to get to any of them yet. I'm not a fan but go to support the kids.

I hope we all manage a stress free Christmas. In my family, not many of us like each other, so it's a toss up how each year will turn out. Ha Ha!

Glad you got your house back in order. I totally agree with the averaging idea! Skating would be good. Don't break anything, though!

HCB, scrubs are super easy, but I now buy 50 pound bags of sea salt. Cheaper that way. The whipped coconut creams are going to be an experiment as I found directions online somewhere they sound easy also. MOM, My family is a little nuts with stresses between son-in-laws. Been there with no one liking my 2nd ex so much less stress since I left him. I have to hit the DD's up for a date for get together at my house with all the kids and DD's, their Dad and whoever else wants to come SIL's and steps or their kids with Mom's . The DD's and spouses like their kids at home for Christmas and one DD's SIL insists on spending all of Christmas with his family.

I also bought all of the Christmas presents, even the wrapping paper. Now I don't have to think about it. Have a nice Sunday Jeri :-)
