Birthdays and cake and booze. Great fun but now must get back to 138lbs in preparation for the Christmas festivities!

lol Oh what fun we have. It amazes me how much food you see stacked on trolleys in the supermarket prior to Christmas and yet 2 days later people are doing the same. No wonder waist lines bulge.

Yeah and I still have another birthday before Christmas! haha - and I foolishly (!?) bought a Gin advent calendar (yes really) gin every day! what was I thinking (I was thinking yum yum gin!)

You have to give yourself some incentive to loose the calories. I don't think the actual amount of gin would worry me too much, the major calories will come from the sugar coating to hold the gin inside the chocolate :)

There's no chocolate, it's a gin calendar...just gin, a different gin everyday! 30mls of gin...

Well, look on the bright side then. No chocolate calories to add on. :) I honestly don't see how alcohol can have that many calories, after all most of it evaporates into your blood stream doesn't it :)
