Today we went down to Redding and had dinner with my extended family, and some of the family is down visiting my Grandma, is from Washington. I don't think I have seen that cousin in many years so we had a fun time visiting, laughing and telling stories. The great thing is is that I got my workout in before going down. I tried very hard to eat the right portions and while everyone was going back for seconds, I put my napkin on my plate. Progress. =)

Very good lifestyle changes! That is the best way to function whenever we can since we know we cannot go back to what we used to do and maintain success.
