Nothing like fresh turkey!!

Looks like my plate except I did one tablespoonful of sides and then my protein because I had pecan pie after..

Big mama bear he/she probably wanted to stick to their calories and carbs and not just eat a ton of everything which is what I did to it helps me not to put weight on during the holidays.

Looks delicious. I am new to this app and counting calories watching my carbs, fats and proteins. So how do you log in? like if you had a cup of stuffing. how do you know how many calories at one cup of stuffing with all the ingredients is? or your green bean casserole with the green beans, the French onion crumbles and the cream of mushroom soup. I need help with that. if anybody is willing to answer me. it might be very easy and I'm making it harder than what it is. thanking you in advance.

Karen there is a place where you can make your own recipe and put in the measured ingredients and the total portions and that should help you. Im not very good at it but ive done it a couple of times.

Karen, for what it's worth, I usually do a food search and find the closest thing to it I can find in a supermarket or restaurant brand and I enter the amount of it I had. It's not precise, but it's close enough for most things.
