Officially starting a mini cut with my coach. Offseason as an NPC natural figure athlete is going well. Lifting heavy and feeling strong - 2 new PRs this week: single arm lat pull down pr 90# x15 and lateral raise 25# x15 with coach approved form 💪

But yeah I feel so baddddd with my two 25# free weights just repping them out for lat raise. My goal here soon is to finally hit 135# with benchpress.

That's impressive for lat raises! I use 25lbs. I hold them at the top for 3 seconds for the first 5 reps and do slow negatives.

Yup! That’s what I do too for about 10-15 then I go into partial reps (you feel the delts super concentrated) until failure. The key is in the pauses and being slow and controlled

Than you! For the figure division of women’s body building, overall balance is the key as well as back development. My big goal this offseason if the build a lot of quality muscle tissue and continue to build my delts and glutes. I have a lot of lat development so that is my strength ❤️

Shoot... that's awesome weight for that many reps for LR, if you ask me. I remember the first time I did them, I was like, "WTH?!?! How can 5#s weigh so much??" 😫🤣
